A widget in the right hand column contains links to her recent posts

Up until 13th November, we were reposting her blog entries here as they were only accessible on Facebook. You can read them below…

#1 The Prologue – Aug 4, 2007
When I started to get ill for a second time a couple of months ago I thought that if I ended up having to have chemo again then I would try and write a blog

#2 The Effects – Aug 8, 2007
You may have noticed that my fear of becoming a slap-head is starting to reduce, and it’s all due to my new barnet!

#3 Attack of Nerves – Aug 15, 2007
The hospital phoned yesterday and now I’ve finally got a start date

#4 It’s Chemo Eve (shame that isn’t more like Christmas Eve) – Aug 23, 2007
I can’t believe it, I have reached the one day to go point!

#5 Here’s how it all began – Sep 4, 2007
Well, I am finally out the other side of my first treatment, and recovered sufficiently that I can sit and type for long enough to write this

#6 Loss – Sep 7, 2007
I don’t really know how to start this

#7 Naming – Sep 10, 2007
Just to let you know how things are going

#8 Time To Say Goodbye – Sep 14, 2007
We’ve had to make a very final decision today regarding Arthur and Martha

#9 Just Like Their Mum and Dad – Sep 20, 2007
Well, after a really awful day on Tuesday the worst of the miscarriage is now over

#10 Getting Back On Track – Oct 3, 2007
Well, after a big delay the time for my next chemo treatment has finally arrived, and in just 2 days time I’ll be back at the hospital having another marathon drug session

#11 Another One Bites The Dust – Oct 13, 2007
So one more down, but what a grim one it was

#12 Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow – Oct 17, 2007
So, the time has finally come when I have no hair left at all, and, apart from being rather cold, I feel fine about it

#13 Ready, Steady, Chemo! – Oct 25, 2007
Yep, it’s come flying around but it is chemo time again, and tomorrow I will be heading back to hospital to be blasted with a whole heap of toxic drugs

#14 Happiness Is A Tablet Called Aprepitant – Nov 4, 2007
Yes that’s right, it’s my first entry after a chemo treatment and I’m using words like ‘happiness’ and ‘jubilant’ rather than ‘nightmare’ and ‘horrendous’

#15 The Chemotherapy Process – Nov 13, 2007
I’m halfway through my treatment now and have written lots about how I feel after I’ve had chemo, but not yet actually got around to writing about how it is administered
