We did it!

2 punctures, 2 spare tyres, 1 spare bike, 1 idiot London driver, 1 pulled muscle, 1 case of tendonitis, 1 full day of rain, 3 near cases of hypothermia, 2 bursts of tears, 16 pairs of soaking wet gloves, socks and shoes, 38 energy bars, 50 litres of water and 100 miles later… we made it to Royal Leamington Spa on time and on a high!

Amazing work by everybody: planners, riders, support team, welcome crew, the lot.

And donations currently sitting close to £12,000.

Same time next year?

Hello all. Just wanted to say how proud we were of you all yesterday. Graham and I continue to be very moved and proud of the friends that Emily and Justin have. We know how much your support has meant to them both.

Seeing how cold you all were yesterday and how much you had pushed yourself was touching. You have all put so much into the ride from the organisation through the riding through the horrendous conditions yesterday. The amount raised is staggering, so well done everyone and congratulations!

    Love and best wished

Jessica and Graham (Emily’s mum and dad)
